Dr. Tang is wonderful to us. The result is wonderful. And she communicates and educates us very well. I met Dr. Tang in June of 2015 when she explained my diagnosis of leukemia. While she was extremely empathetic and remained very positive, she didn’t sugar-coat the diagnosis or the treatment plan which we greatly appreciated. One of the things we have appreciated the most about Dr. Tang has been her willingness to explain everything and to answer our questions and those of our extended family members, many times over, if necessary. She has been our constant liaison with UCLA and my oncologist there. She shows her compassionate side by continuing to check up on me even though UCLA is now my primary care giver.

Dr. Tang was wonderful. She worked hard and was determined to figure out the diagnosis and treatment plans. I was seeing different doctors for a long time. I had tried many things. But nothing was changed. I had received many red blood cells and platelet transfusions, infusions, and injections. But Dr. Tang worked hard and determined to solve my problems. Eventually, I got much better. Now my blood counts towards normal. I feel a lot better. I am only on one pill. No need transfusions, no need injections. It is great to take only one pill.
